Terms of Use

These Terms of Use form an agreement between you and Alcanca Group OÜ, an Estonian private limited company entered in the Estonian Commercial Register under registry code 17299925 and VAT number EE102894253, with registered office at Sepapaja tn 6, 15551 Tallinn, Estonia, for your use of BeProductive. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these terms and acknowledge our Privacy Policy.

BeProductive is a productivity service for tasks, goals, reminders, routines, notes, shopping lists and utility tools, available through the iPhone app and beproductive.app. Features may differ between platforms. The iOS application is licensed under Apple's Standard End User License Agreement; these terms additionally govern the BeProductive account, cloud service and subscription. Utility results are provided for general convenience and are not financial, legal, medical or other professional advice.

You must be at least 13 and legally able to enter this agreement. If local law requires parental consent, a parent or guardian must approve your use. Provide accurate account information, keep your credentials secure and tell us promptly if you believe the account has been compromised. You are responsible for activity carried out through your account unless it results from our failure to protect the service.

Current plan prices, billing periods, taxes and any trial are shown before purchase. Unless the checkout says otherwise, a subscription renews automatically for the selected period until cancelled. A trial becomes a paid subscription at its end unless you cancel before the deadline shown at checkout. If a price changes, we will provide any advance notice required by law and the relevant store rules.

iPhone purchases are billed by Apple and subject to Apple's payment terms. Web subscriptions are administered through RevenueCat Billing, with Stripe processing the payment. We do not store your full card number or CVC. You authorise the relevant provider to charge the displayed price, applicable tax and later renewals using your chosen payment method.

Cancel an iPhone subscription in your Apple subscription settings and a web subscription through BeProductive's Billing page. Cancellation normally takes effect at the end of the paid period; access continues until then unless the provider states otherwise. Deleting your account does not cancel a subscription, and cancelling a subscription does not delete your account. Except where law or the payment provider gives you a right to a refund, charges already paid are non-refundable. Consumers in the EEA may have a statutory 14-day withdrawal right for a remote purchase. To exercise it, send an unequivocal statement to support@beproductive.app before the deadline. You may write: “I withdraw from my BeProductive subscription ordered on [date]”, followed by your name, account email and the date of the notice. If you expressly ask us to begin providing the service during the withdrawal period, any proportionate charge will be limited to what the law permits. This is separate from cancelling a future renewal. Nothing in these terms limits mandatory consumer rights. Apple handles refund requests for App Store purchases under Apple's rules.

You retain ownership of content you create. You give us a limited, worldwide licence to host, process, back up and transmit that content only as needed to provide, secure and maintain the service. You confirm that you have the rights needed to upload the content and that it does not violate law or another person's rights. We do not sell your private content or use it for advertising.

Do not use BeProductive unlawfully; interfere with the service or other users; bypass access, security or rate limits; introduce malicious code; scrape or probe the service without permission; impersonate others; or reverse engineer the apps except where applicable law expressly permits it. You may not resell or commercially exploit the service without our written permission.

BeProductive's software, design, branding and other service materials belong to Alcanca Group OÜ or its licensors. Subject to these terms, we grant you a personal, limited, revocable, non-exclusive and non-transferable right to use the service for its intended purpose. This licence does not transfer ownership of our intellectual property.

We work to keep BeProductive available and your data safe, but cannot guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. We will provide the continuous digital service and necessary functionality and security updates as required by applicable consumer law. We may maintain, repair or change features for legal, security, technical or product-improvement reasons. We will give reasonable advance notice of a materially adverse change and honour any right to correction, price reduction, termination or reimbursement required by law. You remain responsible for keeping copies of content you cannot afford to lose.

You may stop using BeProductive at any time and can delete your account from the iPhone app or request deletion through support. We may suspend or terminate access for a serious or repeated breach, fraud, security risk or legal requirement, with notice where reasonably possible. Terms that by their nature should survive termination, including payment, ownership and liability provisions, will continue to apply.

Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or death or personal injury caused by negligence. To the fullest extent otherwise permitted by law, we are not liable for loss that was not reasonably foreseeable when this agreement was made, loss caused by events outside our reasonable control, or loss caused by your misuse of the service. If you use BeProductive as a consumer, we remain responsible for foreseeable loss caused by our breach and all mandatory consumer protections remain unaffected.

Estonian law governs these terms. If you are a consumer, this choice does not remove the mandatory protections or court rights available in your country of residence. Please contact us first so we can try to resolve a concern; we aim to answer a written consumer complaint within 15 days. An eligible consumer may then contact the Estonian Consumer Disputes Committee. A dispute may be brought before any court that has jurisdiction under applicable consumer law.

We may update these terms when the service or law changes. We will give reasonable notice before a material change takes effect. If you do not agree, you may stop using the service and cancel your subscription. Questions, withdrawal notices and legal notices can be sent to support@beproductive.app.
